When Internet cafés first proliferated in Davao (the very first in the whole country was actually in Davao) back in the mid-90s, most of them didn’t really offer coffee. But now, many of them do. And conversely, most coffee shops here now offer Internet access. So it’s like convergence, a blurring of demarcations.
The list of establishments here are basically coffee shops. Unless otherwise indicated, ALL of these establishments offer free wireless Internet access.
