I've been up there at times (recently) when I would consider it downright cold! Other times it is warmer. It still gets cold up there, though. I travel that area pretty regularly. You are right, though, there have been a lot of changes in that part of Mindanao, especially after the highway was finally completed a few years back. The temperature varies.
