Kadayawan 2007 update

The Kadayawan sa Dabaw will be formally opened at the brand-new Centennial Park on 8 August 2007, 5:30 PM. From the 8th to the culmination in mid-August, there will be various activities that will celebrate the Kadayawan festival around the city. Below, following the Kadayawan highlights, is a set of schedule of activities (tentative, as of 11 July).

      Kadayawan is fast approaching, we should visible see a surge of tourist coming into Davao City to witness the event. Hope that there are a lot of activities, not only for the tourist but for local citizens as well.

      Am not a “Davaoño” but I want to learn your language and some of your “good” practice..And also Blogie, I would like to thank you again for the delicacy during the 1st meeting of the Davao Bloggers and “SEOs” (grin).       Excuse my ignorance but may I know exactly on what part (section) of the guidelines I violated or misunderstood.

      And also, I just want to clarify about my post Kadayan sa Dabaw 2007 it’s not actually an entry for the review-a-blog competition. I mentioned your link there because I got the idea and information of the “Highlights” from your post. (grin)

      @Anton Sheker — Contingents? Hmm.. I’m afraid I’m not up to speed on that this year. Sorry. Best advice, be there during the highlights! But the cultural presentations should be interesting as well, as they are really what the Kadayawan is all about.
