an alternative to Paradise Island is Bluewater Resort - a stone's throw away from the former. That is if you prefer a less crowded resort. I was there last March 17 during my last trip home to Davao. Entrance fee is P70. Boat ride is for P15/pax one way. Use of infinity pool is P50/pax. You may bring your own food and I really suggest you do because service is quite slow and food is far from gourmet. Huts can be rented for as low as P150. Or if budget is really tight , you can just lie down on the sand with your big beach towels - that was what two foreigner ladies did when we were there.
